With the December 5th deadline coming soon, we encourage LSD patient communities to submit artwork via the Expression of Hope website as soon as possible. Artists of all ages and artistic ability -- including patients, caregivers, family members, friends, and healthcare providers -- who have been affected by an LSD can submit an original work of art that reflects their own individual story. The submission period is open from September 8th through December 5th.
If you represent an LSD patient group, we encourage you to become a Collaborating Organization. Collaborating Organizations agree to inform their patient community about the program and encourage them to submit artwork. The organization’s logo will appear on the “Collaborators” page of the Expression of Hope website. More importantly, Collaborating Organizations will receive EOH program materials, such as calendars and notecards, in 2015 that they can then use in their own outreach and disease awareness efforts.
If you represent an LSD patient organization or a rare disease patient organization that covers LSDs and would like to be a Collaborating Organization or need more information, please contact us at ExpressionofHope@genzyme.com.
