Strengthening patient involvement in Health Technology Assessment (HTA): September 28th, 17:00 to 18:30 CET
EUPATI, the European patients' academy, is hosting a webinar on September 28th on strengthening patient involvement in Health Technology Assessment (HTA). In this webinar, they will examine the need for patient involvement in HTA and look at the HTA landscape in Europe. The HTA is a multidisciplinary process that examines information about the medical, social, political, legal and ethical considerations involved in the application of a health technology – usually a medicine, medical device or clinical/surgical procedure. The main purpose of conducting an HTA assessment is to inform the policy making process. This educational webinar is part of a series sponsored by EUPATI for network members. If you are not yet a EUPATI Network Member and wish to attend the free webinar, you just need to register by clicking on the following link: EUPATI Network registration.
